Todos tenían pulso femoral y el 40% poplíteo, ninguno tenía pulso tibia/ posterior ni pedio. La severidad de las alteraciones hemodinámicas fueron valoradas por el Doppler y la fotopletismografía. Todos presentaban oclusión de los ejes de pierna. Se logró 80% de resultados favorables, con preservación del pie para la deambulación en lo inmediato. En el control evolutivo entre 1 y 36 meses se ha ocluido un solo puente, habiendo fallecido 5 pacientes por causas cardíacas.
