Esta asociación Iesional es poco frecuente. Se destaca la importancia del diagnóstico precoz -clínico y arteriográfico- de las lesiones mesentéricas, para prevenir su complicación final y fatal (el infarto masivo de intestino). El tratamiento quirúrgico requiere una revascularización compleja (bypass aortobifemoral + bypass protésico-mesentérico). La evolución postoperatoria fue excelente con desaparición de la sintomatología digestiva y de miembros inferiores con aumento evidente del peso corporal.
