Se trataba de un aneurisma secular, de 7 mm. de diámetro, que se pudo resolver satisfactoriamente, mediante procedimiento que no hemos visto publicado: el clipado de su cuello con clips de Scoville para aneurismas intracraneanos. Ello permitió la conservación completa de la circulación renal intraparenquimatosa, como se aprecia en angiografía selectiva postoperatoria. La enferma curó de su hipertensión, manteniendo cifras tensionales normales, a los 14 meses de intervenida.
